How-To-PESTO


No oven, no stove....can it get any easier?!
Yesterday I used the rest of my Italian large-leaf basil plant and
the food processor I got for Christmas to create this super 
simple pesto.  Tonight for dinner I'm going to make 
pesto/chicken pizza. Hopefully by then it won't be to hot
in the kitchen to cook!

I was inspired by this great website, They Draw & Cook,
and just submitted my recipe.  Keep looking and maybe it'll 
make the cut.
