Little Stars And A New Web Address

Origami stars
1/4"in size!
I got these in a gum-ball machine when I was in Portland, ME.  I could
imagine making even one of these, but this artist makes millions!
The most challenging thing I have draw thus far.
The photo does it better justice and if you want to get a better gage on there

With the 30 day drawing project finished I have changed my url
to jaclynbishop.blogspot.com.  If you navigate here via your blog window then
nothing changes, but if you have a bookmark make sure to update the link.
Guess this is something I should have thought about in the beginning.
Viva y Aprender.

Encore! Encore!

It would have been a waste of my day off if I didn't take the time to draw something,
not to mention it's freezing outside.

Trick or Treat!

Day 21

The idea of drawing full human figures intimidates me so I dressed them up
as food in a play about The Food Pyramid.

Day 15

Long, long ago Buddha invited all the animals of the world to join him for a
New Year's celebration, but only 12 bothered to attend.  To show his
thanks he named a year after each one, in the order in which they showed up:
starting with the rat and ending with the pig.
2011 marks the year of the Metal Rabbit, which we can only hope will
be as peaceful and relaxing as the five other rabbit breeds.
Happy New Year!!

Day 14

As a result of "writer's block" I present to you:
the components of vegetable lasagna.
